10 years of client satisfaction

We carry out the course evaluation at the end of every course using Likert scale 1 to 5. The rating of our trainer, course and logistics are consistently between good and excellent for the past 10 years.

We also measure our client satisfaction by using Satisfaction Index (SI) and Delight Index (DI). SI is the percentile of the response from satisfactory to excellent rating. DI is the percentile of the response of good and excellent rating.

In the past 10 years, 97.9% to 99.5% of participants are satisfied with the courses while 88.3% to 94.4% of the participants are delighted with the course with good and excellent feedback.
