What is this course about?

This course is delivered in association with SEQM Ltd, a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner.

It satisfies part of the formal training requirements for individuals seeking registration under the IRCA QMS Auditor Registration Scheme.

This 5-day course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third party audits of management systems against ISO 9001:2015, in accordance with ISO 19011.

Please note: Delegates should have a basic knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 prior to attending this training.

 

Why this course?

On completion of this course, delegates will be able to:

  • Describe the purpose of a quality management system and explain the 8 principles of quality management
  • Explain the purpose and content of ISO 9001:2015
  • Explain the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow up a quality management system audit in accordance with ISO 19011
  • Plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit in accordance with ISO 19011 and by interpreting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

 

Certificate

Delegates who successfully complete this IRCA certified course (within the three years prior to making an application to become a certificated auditor) will satisfy the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA QMS Auditor.

The certificate is valid for 3 year for registration purposes.

WSH officer will be awarded with 20 SDU points upon completion of the course.

 

Progression Option

For participants who successfully completed the IRCA CQI QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course, they may progress to attend:

CQI IRCA EMS ISO 14001:2015 Auditor Conversion for Environmental Management System or

CQI IRCA OHSMS ISO 45001:2018 Auditor Conversion for Occupational Health and Safety Management System
