What is this course about?
This course is delivered in association with SEQM Ltd, a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner.
This course aims to provide existing auditors of other management system standards the knowledge and skills required to perform audits of environmental management system against ISO 14001.
The course is delivered over 3 days and is structured to enable participants to achieve defined learning objectives.
Who should attend?
This course is designed for existing auditors of other management systems (i.e. QMS and OHSMS) who want to expand their competence to include environmental management system auditing.
The course is also available to any delegate who requires skills and knowledge to understand and audit against EMS requirements.
Pre-requisite
For attendees who wish to take up this course, they must have attended and passed an CQI-IRCA certified Auditor/Lead Auditor course relating to another management standard, e.g. QMS or OHSMS. Evidence of this need to be available to CQI-IRCA on application.
If you have no auditor training and no acceptable auditing experience, you should take the 5-day CQI IRCA QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or CQI IRCA OHSMS 45001:2018 Lead Auditor instead.

Certificate
Delegates who successfully complete this IRCA certified course. (Within the three years prior to making an application to become a certificated auditor) will satisfy the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA EMS Auditor.
The certificate is valid for 3 years for registration purposes.
WSH officer will be awarded with 14 SDU points upon completion of the course.
