SGP ISO / SIO EHS Contractor Training
What is this course about?
This training is committed to ensuring that all employees and sub-contractors of contractors are well-informed of SGP ISO / SIO Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations. SGP ISO / SIO believes in working with contractors in this induction training to advance their EHS knowledge, so they may conduct operations in an environmentally responsible manner and adopt sound health and safety practices that provide an injury-free working environment for contractor workers.
This course covers the following:
– HP EHS Policy
– SGP ISB / SIO EHS Objectives & Targets
– General EHS Requirements
– Personal Protective Equipment
– House-keeping
– Safe Work Procedures
– Work-at-height
– Hot Work
– Electrical Safety
– Control of Utilities, Processes and Protection Systems
– Emergency Response Procedures
– Fab Specific EHS requirements
– Clean Room Protocol
There will be a 30-minutes examination consisting of 20 multiple choice questions for all contractors and sub-contractors after attending the training program.
Who should attend?
With effective from June 2006, all employees of contractors, including sub-contractors, must undergo an employee EHS training prior to the commencement of projects, services or activities associated and/or related to SGP ISO / SIO in the following premises:
– Depot 1 / Depot 2 / Deport 3 / ATP A / Tuas Indigo
Certificate
The training is valid for a period of 3 years. Qualified trainers and trained workers have to attend a refresher training course after the expiry of EHS Training.
There will be no certificate issued for this training.

Course fee exclusive of 9% GST:

Kindly fill up the registration form indicating the date of training that you are attending and email to ehs@eqsasia.com.
All successful registration will be notified through email.
An email confirmation and invoice will be sent nearer to the course date.
Once the course is confirmed, please make payment via the following payment modes:
1. Cheque payable to “EQS Asia Pte Ltd” and mail to:

2. Bank transfer
All payment to be received 14 days before course commencement.
No refund will be made for cancellation received within 14 days or less before commencement of the course. All cancellations are to be made in writing. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform participants of change.
